We are now recruiting for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Education and Public Benefit team, in a permanent capacity, working full-time at our Swindon offices located on key transport links in the town centre.

**Role context and purpose**:
The Partnerships Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in the Education and Public Benefit team. They will support the development of our strategic relationships with existing and new stakeholders and provide co-ordination support to key initiatives including a major new programme.

The purpose of this role is to support the relationships between BCS’ Education and Public Benefit entity and industry, to advance both BCS strategic priorities and the wider computing education and digital skills ecosystem.

The Partnerships Co-ordinator will act as first point of contact between the BCS Education & Public Benefit and partnership stakeholders. They will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, able to work at pace to coordinate a range of meetings, events, and travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as first point of contact for all partnerships and fundraising enquiries.
- Maintain positive engagement with stakeholders to develop the relationship(s) and drive improvement.
- Own annual calendar for fundraising and partnerships.
- Co-ordinate events including volunteer and educator training and development.
- Provide co-ordination and administrative support to Director of Partnerships and Managing Director including coordination of meetings, events and travel.
- Work with other teams including legal, finance, marketing, IT, to ensure needs are understood, planned, and met.
- Prepare briefings for communications and marketing activities.

**Who should apply**:
**Special conditions: You will be required to attend off-site meetings / events / conferences or work outside office hours, this could include some weekends.**
