Our Client are a specialist HVAC Company based in the Rotherham. They are currently recruiting for an Service Coordinator to join their expanding team. They provide service, maintenance and installation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems throughout the South Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

The Service coordinator will be co-ordinating and managing the maintenance department of the company by ensuring it remains sustainable and profitable

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To schedule maintenance work with the client and allocate labour in conjunction with the service and projects departments.
- To prepare written reports (LM sheets) and weekly reports for clients in a timely manner and in accordance with any contract KPI’s
- To quote and price work accurately.
- To source and order parts by negotiating the best deal with suppliers
- To prepare accurate costing information and to ensure it is passed to accounts for invoicing to clients
- To visit contract clients on site at least annually and to provide any additional information requested
- To ensure all clients are signed up to a maintenance contract and to review annually
- To update and maintain the maintenance files and folders in the client area of the QMS
- To create job sheets for the engineers using the company software LEX
- To update engineer hours on the maintenance planner and cost sheets
- To submit accurate tenders for maintenance and service contracts and meet tender deadlines
- To increase revenue, meet financial targets and provide accurate monthly finance reports to the directors.
- To provide regular written and verbal updates at team and weekly maintenance meetings
- To maintain stock and good housekeeping in the workshop
- To complete on site audits of engineer performance
- To have good knowledge of IT packages relevant to the maintenance department including Microsoft Office and Teams.

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
