**The Client**
Our client provides essential water and waste water services across a number of water frameworks in the UK. They operate in dynamic and ever-changing environments across the water and wastewater sector and currently have a permanent role available for a Service Support Coordinator. The company is focused on delivering cost effective sustainable leakage reduction through analysis and investigation of water usage and the promotion of leaks and/or identification and logging of usage to ensure the company meets its leakage performance commitment.
**The Role**
Encompasses a range of tasks aimed at the smooth and efficient running of the operations department. These tasks are completed on a largely autonomous basis and you will be expected to be capable of self-direction and independent motivation and development, all supported by the operations management.
The role is office based within our Wath Upon Dearne office, although the role allows for flexible working in line with the company’s hybrid working policy. The role may involve occasional site visits (approx. 6-12 per annum), and occasional visits to our head office in Chichester (approx. 2-3 per annum) where travel and overnight expenses are reimbursed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Service scheduling - Service scheduling, allocating works to the appropriate technician and ensuring all site visits are booked with the client where required, prioritising appropriately in line with KPI and account directors’ requests.
- Proof reading - Proof reading of reports and uploading documents to internal system.
- Jobs on internal system - Raising and closing jobs on internal system and ensuring documents are complete.
- Spreadsheets & trackers - Managing the operations project spreadsheets/trackers as required.
- General departmental administration - Support the operations team to facilitate the smooth running of the department in line with the needs of the clients field operations and internal reporting requirements.
**Key Requirements**
- Dependable, composed, well organised person able to offer a high level of service support.
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills and able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Confident, fully PC literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
