**The Sales Operations Business Partner** serves as trusted and valued resource for all SaaS sales support needs and requirements. The primary responsibility of this role is also being the right hand person to the overall EMEA / APAC SaaS Sales Leader with regards to forecasting and driving key growth initiatives

Furthermore this role will support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, funnel management, systems and data maintenance, compensation, training and education, and sales tool adoption.

You will work as field liaison and single point of contact for navigating internal operational resources to manage and resolve a wide variety of field escalated issues and needs. Provide sales support infrastructure that enables the field to sell more, save time and be more prepared.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support sales teams to drive adoption of new tools and processes that increase selling time, improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, and enables them to spend more time in front of customers.
- Cross-functional Coordination - Work in close coordination with SaaS Sales Leadership, responsible to structure and run regular SaaS deal review assessments and follow up with all key cross-functional leads to ensure sales has all required documentation and accurate system set up to execute end-to-end quote and bookings.
- Modify reporting, data, systems and tools based on territory re-alignments and sales structural changes (sales hierarchy management and maintenance).
- Provide comprehensive funnel analysis and management that helps drive informed decisions that improve the sales process and help grow the business.
- Interfaces with Sales Leadership to identify support needs & trends that increase selling time.
- Single point of contact for navigating internal operational resources to manage and resolve a wide variety of field escalated issues and needs
- Provide daily coaching and consultation to the field on business and operational processes.
- Sales New Hire Onboarding & Training - New user set-up, compensation, account assignment, systems and tools training, rules of engagement, sales support infrastructure education, etc.
- Align closely with Sales and Sales Finance to assist in quota setting and compensation tasks and activities, compensation data analysis and revenue credit conflict resolution, dashboard management for forecast roll-up, and track accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, etc
- 5-8 years of applicable work experience; 1+ Years of Project Management Experience and 3-5 Years working in Sales Operations; SaaS/SW experience preferred
- Technical savvy and process oriented including critical business problem solving and analytical skills, business process mapping, familiarity with business and sales financial and analytics, and forecasting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; demonstrated experience interacting, presenting, and communicating with Sales and Cross-Functional Teams at various levels of management
- Strong coaching skills required; will provide guidance, support, and training to many sellers and wide variety of sales roles
- Must be adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, strong ability to prioritize tasks appropriately is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Demonstrated success in process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge required
