We have a great new opportunity to join the **Zebra European Field Marketing team to become the trusted Marketing Specialist,** working in partnership with local Sales teams and supporting the business in the Nordics & BeNeLux.
Our Field Marketing Specialist is the first and last mile; educating and enabling sales teams and channel, feeding back local market needs and opportunities.
This is a minimum 12 month contract.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand our main market verticals, customer business challenges and sales growth initiatives along with getting to know our key Partners, Distributors and Alliance Partners.
- Develop and manage the integrated marketing plan for the Nordics & BeNeLux in conjunction with the regional marketing, vertical, solutions and channel strategy.
- Handle country budget and ensure that the overall marketing program remains within budget, measuring programme performance vs country pipeline and revenue.
- Provide consultancy to Central Marketing and other teams including Regional Product Management, to ensure successful Field Marketing, Sales and Channel enablement.
- Collaborate with Channel sales teams to design marketing actions that are aligned to overall marketing objectives with the key local Channel and Distribution Partners as defined by sales.
- Support projects and initiatives as required
- This role will be based in the UK - remote and Bourne End office
- Travel will be required across the region
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an outstanding marketing professional with experience of B2B field or channel marketing to join our hard-working team on a 12-month contract and a salary of £40,000.00 -£42,000.00.
Someone who can demonstrate the ability to balance short-term sales & marketing priorities with longer term goals, you will need to be a strong team worker and communicator.
Experience of influencing cross-functional teams and working in an international matrix structure is crucial.
An expert at event management with demonstrated skills in planning and execution, you will bring proven time management and communications skills.
A self-starter and fast learner, we would love to see good brand management skills along with budget and vendor management skill. Experience in inquiry management and lead routing systems - CRM, PRM is an advantage.
Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
