**Join Our Team as a HR Assistant (Part-time)**

Ynys Môn Citizens Advice is dedicated to providing vital support and guidance to our community.

Are you passionate about supporting a dynamic team and making a positive impact on the workplace? We're currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a HR Assistant.

**Location**:Anglesey, Office based at our Holyhead location

**Hours**: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 1:00 pm)

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum (FTE), pro rata to £1266.89 gross per month.

**Start Date**: Immediate
- Assist and support HR Manager with day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Maintain employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate HR projects, including taking minutes and preparing reports
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and act as lead for annual compliance audit
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR-related matters
- Support HR projects as needed
- Perform any other duties as requested by the line manager
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in an HR role or related administrative position preferred
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Welsh speaking desirable, but not essential
