**The Role**

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an Administrator to join our team based at our offices in Hyde. Reporting into the Senior Administrator, your role will be to provide office and sales administrative support, contributing to the smooth running of the business and maintaining high levels of customer service.

We are seeking someone who is a real team player, has a strong work ethic, proactive and is passionate about giving great customer service.

The main tasks of the role include
- Creating and submitting quotes for customers
- Processing of sales orders from receipt of order through to dispatch
- Raising of purchase orders and receiving in of stock
- Arrange visits for Service Technicians to attend sites
- General office administration support to the team

**The Package**

**Our Requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to work autonomously

Although not essential, experience of using Sage software would be advantageous.
