Sales/lettings Negotiator

We are looking to appoint a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to work in our office based in Antrim town centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in property to work with one of Antrim’s leading estate agents.
**What you will be doing**
- Managing a Busy Portfolio of properties in Antrim and Belfast
- Uploading & Adverting Properties Across Property Portals & Social Media Accounts
- Qualifying Leads to Ensure Suitability of Applicants Prior to Viewings
- Booking Viewings, Taking Offers & Managing Feedback
- Providing the Landlord with Your Expert Opinion on the Best Applicants Following Viewings
- Progressing Applications Through to Key Collection Stage, Ensuring Referencing and Paperwork are Completed Correctly
- Protecting Deposits and Serving Relevant Documents
- Ensuring all Properties and Tenancies Meet Full Legal Requirements
- Attending to Routine Day to Day Maintenance Enquiries
- Conducting Property Inspections & Managing Tenancy Renewals
**What you will have**
Essential Skills Required
- Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
- Strong Negotiation Skills & Good Telephone Manner
- Min 2 years working in a Busy Office
- 5 GCSE’s, Grade C and Above
- Can Do Attitude and Attention to Detail
- Full UK driving licence and Own Car is Essential.
Hours of work
Full time - 37.5 hrs per week
Mon - Fri - 915am - 515pm with 30 minute lunch break - some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business
Holiday Entitlement - 28 days per annum pro rata
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Driving Licence (preferred)
