**About the Apprenticeship **Responsibilities:

- Opportunities for assisting in scouting and developing new talent working closely with the A&R team.
- Assisting in the development of a database of artists and creatives the label uses in its campaigns past and present for beneficial use in upcoming projects.
- Logging and responding to demos, analysing streaming and other artist data
- Booking studio time for artists, writers, and producers
- Coordinating release assets which may include artwork, videos, digital materials etc. from internal and/or external partners
- Assist in creation and management of marketing campaign, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinating delivery of assets such as artwork, videos, digital materials for internal and external partners across artist campaigns
- Coordinating delivery of campaign marketing plans and reports from social media and other marketing sources
- Assist in the registration of songs with CMO’s and distributors
- Assist with the fulfilling of orders and fostering customer relationships on Bandcamp.
- Coordinate collection of consumption and audience data from multiple sources including DSP’s and share insights with rest of team
- Developing relationships internally and externally to participate in the fostering of effective teams and successful releases
- General label and project admin support including scheduling internal and external meetings, booking travel and coordinating invoicing

**Annual Salary** £24,856.00

Monday - Friday (10.00am - 6.00pm)

- You should have an understanding of music streaming platforms and social media.
- It is not expected but it may be an advantage if you have already knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- It is not expected but it maybe an advantage if you have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva and basic video editing skills. If the apprentice does not, then they must be eager to learn using these programmes.
- It would be beneficial if the apprentice has a passion for Heavenly artists and prior knowledge of the music we release as well as our current roster.

**Qualifications Required** willingness to learn and a demonstrable interest in the role and organisation are what we are looking for.

If you do not have English, Maths, and ICT at GSCE’s level 4-9 or equivalent, you will be required to take these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.

Graduates can apply, but a degree is not necessary, nor will it give you an advantage.
