**Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to**:
1. Work in coordination with TEMUK internal controller to align TCSUK Company internal control requirements and TCSUK management team to prepare and complete business processes.

2. Design and manage a work plan working with the different stakeholders to achieve the project objectives which include but are not limited to:

- The overall list of deliverables from the TCSUK work plan
- Compile a list of processes and procedures required to meet the minimum document requirements prior to the Company audit. Processes and procedures should be a. aligned to TEMUK where commonality exists, b. adapted from TEMUK to meet TCSUK requirements c.adapted from other company procedures d. new procedures written in conjunction with process owners/managers
- Update the management team on the status of the processes and procedures as required by the management team
- Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures are reviewed and approved and updated in the company RefDoc

3. Conduct interviews with the business leads to write first drafts (where necessary) of the procedures in the Company format ready for review

4. Maintain and present status reports to the Management Team, highlighting progresses across all areas and update on areas of concern and risk

5. Ensure all project documentation is complete and appropriately stored,

6. Organise and prepare meeting information, track multiple projects and update schedules/programs, gain support from stakeholders.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Project management with up to 10 years’ experience
- Finance / Internal control background beneficial
- Technical skills: Knowledge and experience of Priority Accounting Controls, MBC experience or equivalent ERP would be advantageous, good Excel/Word skills, Computer & IT system knowledge, attention to detail
- Integrity, confidentiality, decisiveness and flexibility; time management, planning and organizing and facilitation skills; good interpersonal and people management skills; Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
