Service Control Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Control Administrator to join our busy, professional, head office team based in Ringwood.
**Responsibilities of the Administrator role**:
- Process calls when complete and raise necessary invoices
- Keep customers updated with ETA’s and job completion
- Answering customer queries and requests for information
- Provide administrative support to Senior Service Control Members and Senior Management
- Liaison with both Technician’s and Customers
- Proving quotations for additional services
- Logging and acting on feedback from customers
- Supporting the key account management team to ensure we are providing an outstanding level of service
- Have a confident telephone manner, developed through experience
- Must be confident in all packages within Microsoft Office
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
- A keen eye for detail with a pride taken in works completed
- The ability to work to set procedures and follow instructions
- Enthusiastic, positive, personable with a desire to learn and excel in the position
- Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills
- Mature, confident, pro-active organised and professional attitude
- Good team player and ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
