As a Production Facilitator, you will manage daily time and attendance systems plus job hours bookings. You will assist Operation Leaders in their administrative tasks to release them to the shop floor.

As a Production Facilitator, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting on daily hand overs for allocation of trainings and tracking of build constraints.
- Raising requisitions for all indirect purchasing. Obtaining quotes to ensure best value for money.
- Receiving on Sap ERP of all goods including those on Blanket purchase orders.
- Managing payroll system (Kronos), ensuring that overtime is authorized prior to timesheet approval. Daily and monthly payroll reviews to ensure holiday pay, shift allowance etc are recorded and sent to payroll correctly.
- Reviewing shift time & attendance for hours tracking to shift pattern including control of holiday/sickness rates.
- Inputting/reviewing of job vouchering through Kronos & Oracle for accurate utilization.
- Investigating and rectifying issues with chemical injection systems according to client procedures.
- Reporting out to Cell management daily the utilization and indirect hours.
- Assisting Lead Hands in closure of concern reports and ATS to ensure any safety concerns/improvements are dealt with including the logging of new SRAs from shop floor.
- Inputting accident reports, spill release reports and stop work reports into Gensuite including 4 blockers.
- Creating and implementing of 6S check sheets.
- Managing and assisting with submittal and implementation of YESS ideas.
- Inputting to Lead Hands for Shift Appraisals along with Cell Owner and Ops Leader.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle, Kronos and SAP ERP.
- Have experience of Job Vouchering to routed hours.
- Have experience of working on or in a manufacturing facility or production line.
- Demonstrate ability to work across functions and cooperate with all levels.
- Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Be able to work as part of a team whilst also working on individual tasks.
