Join Forfarmers as an Employee Relations Advisor

We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our UK HR team. **You’ll be primarily based in Shepshed with substantial travel to various UK sites**. With hands-on case management and the opportunity to provide coaching and support to our Line Managers, you will be helping Forfarmers feed the nation. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide expert guidance on employee relations such as grievances, performance management and conflict resolution.
- Coach and empower line managers through challenging situations.
- Handle specific cases including high-risk ER matters and Employment Tribunals, ensuring successful resolution.
- Build strong relationships with Trade Unions, aligning with our core values.
- Assist with TUPE and organisational restructures.

**Your Skills**:

- CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable)
- Skilled and knowledgeable in complex negotiations with Trade Unions.
- Proven ER/HR experience with a deep understanding of current employment policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices in HR and Employee Relations.
