Job Description:
TT Media London is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to leveraging our clients' power on social media platforms, particularly TikTok (official business partner), to drive sales and engagement. We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist with a primary focus on TikTok advertising campaigns. As the Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies specifically tailored for TikTok to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative and effective paid advertising campaigns on TikTok to achieve brand objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and interests on TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives, including videos, images, and copy, optimized for TikTok's platform.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of funds to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok advertising to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, agencies, and influencers, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements for better campaign performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of TikTok's ad policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with platform rules and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, better with a focus on TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok's advertising platform, targeting options, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative advertising strategies and solutions.
- Proficiency in using advertising analytics tools and platforms, such as TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Passion for social media marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.

**Experience**:

- Paid Ads: 1 year (preferred)
- Social Media: 1 year (required)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
