Through existing relationships alone, we have the potential to reach more than 20M end users.- The EMEA Workplace Experience Programme Specialist supports the development and implementation of Host’s workplace experience programme in EMEA.
You will be responsible for supporting the bid, transition and ongoing operation of our client accounts, including the delivery of our Host training, roll-out and ongoing support and audit of the Experience services playbooks and training materials across EMEA.
You will have a proven background of operations within a five-star environment, will be comfortable to deliver training and will be able to demonstrate the ability to work across different cultures. Experience of working across multiple countries will be an advantage.

The Host team is seeking a programme specialist to support the EMEA team through the bid process, transition of new business and ongoing operations of our client contracts_**.
- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides operational support for new and existing client accounts and is prepared to provide on-site support when needed.
- In conjunction with the CBRE account management team, oversees the roll-out of the Host playbook to new Host accounts. Reviews and validates completion and customisation of all playbook resources. Introduces audit programmes to ensure documentation is updated on a regular basis.
- Working with the Host Product team (based in the US), creates and customises resource guides and training materials for programme implementation in EMEA.
- Oversees the roll-out of the Host training programme to new and existing accounts, delivering training where needed (either on site or virtually). Issues communication around training as necessary and supports the account teams to ensure completion of annual refresher training and Host certification for all Workplace team members.
- Supports the account teams to develop and implements key performance indicators, rhythm of business calendar, and methodology for performance management and continuous improvement for their accounts.
- Ensures all Workplace personnel have access to the Host community site and SharePoint site.
