We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock Recovery Specialist, to join our fast paced site in Daventry.

**What is the purpose of the role?**

Confidently articulate the Stock Recovery Demand Plan, provide appropriate context information to the supply planning & purchasing teams and demonstrate its accuracy. The requirement is too pro-actively identify and address forecast accuracy issues, capacityplanning as well as responding to business queries in a prompt & professional manner, to plan and coordinate sea, air and road freight transport to achieve best route options.

**In this role you are accountable for**:

- Raise and rectify issues with Ops team.
- Liaise with Customer regarding issues.
- Plan and coordinate container loading plans.
- Review and agree loading, delivery schedules and route planning for mainland deliveries.
- Liaise and build relationship with customer and third-party suppliers.
- Manage any issues raised by suppliers/sites/customer.
- To ensure there is an appropriate level of Company knowledge to perform tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
- To forecast as accurately as possible, expected demand for stock on all Primary Distribution Centres, for a chosen group of products.
- To build strong relationships with customer, support, and supply planning, to gather relevant management information and ensure understanding and alignment to the business demand plan.
- To ensure all documentation is dealt with accordingly
- Support management with holiday and sickness cover
- Ensure all targets are achieved in an effective manner to timescale, ensuring customer deadlines are met and that the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved and reported to Managers, colleagues, and customers.
- Participating in regular conference calls with multiple stakeholders.
- KPI reporting and control analysis
- Managing supply issues and developing alternative plans to improve delivery schedules
- Implementing best practise and continuous improvements plans
