**Role Details - EDI Development Manager**
We are currently looking for an experienced EDI Development Manager to join a renowned organisation based in London on an initial 3-month contract.

The EDI Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the organisation with their D & I Leadership project. This project will focus on training needs, creating the training development plan, negotiating budgets, and advising on the production ofequality assessments.
**Key responsibilities of the EDI Development Manager**:

- Co-ordinating and administering the EDI Development Programme
- Formatting the programme for circulation to delegates, contracting with the current trainer/consultancy agency; communication with delegates and other stakeholders; training administration - including liaison, evaluation; and reporting.
- Administration for the Inclusive Leadership Project. Act as Project Officer: Helping to populate the Project Management Templates - e.g., Project Brief/PID; convening and administering the first Project Board meetings
- Supporting the Learning Labs. This is a pilot activity to help explore the root organisational patterns and dynamics that effect real EDI change. The Learning Lab will invite a cross section of people across the company, who would be interested in developinga systems thinking approach to organisational analysis and identifying levers for change.
- Event management of EDI initiatives, workshops, and webinars to discuss important EDI topics.
**Key skills required of the EDI Development Manager**:

- Substantial experience and skills in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion - In areas such as, Training and development, strategy, policy writing, organisational development,
- Substantial experience and skill in training design, delivery, and management.
- Experience of Project Management - In areas such as, Equality diversity and Inclusion, Organisational development, Learning and Development, Transformation, etc.
- Experience and skill in report writing - Reports capturing organisational and training and development analysis and outcomes
