We are seeking an experienced EDI Strategist to join our team at Race in STEM. As an EDI Strategist, you will play a pivotal part in the strategic development and delivery of our 3-year EDI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The development and delivery of a realistic, impactful long-term EDI strategy that promotes inclusion and diversity across the organisation.
  • Providing advice and guidance to line management to embed an inclusive culture and increase engagement across a range of initiatives.
  • Leading equality impact assessments and regulatory reporting requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing EDI strategies, as well as providing guidance to teams on embedding an inclusive culture. You will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and utilise data to inform policy development and process improvement.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a flexible working environment and opportunities for professional development.
