As EDI Business Partner, you’ll join a dedicated EDI team as a strategic business partner to drive the delivery of the University’s EDI initiatives and help ensure it fulfils its organisational commitments to EDI. You’ll provide expert advice to the business on its EDI HR/People practice and EDI Learning and Development offer, closely with HR Business Partner & L&D colleagues across the wider People and Culture service. This post is intended to work in collaboration and partnership with staff and at the leading edge of best practice in EDI, to facilitate change and build and embed EDI capability and maturity across the University.
