Global EDI Specialist

Are you passionate about driving change and fostering an inclusive workplace in a leading Global Law firm? We are seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead our efforts in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across all regions.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing localized EDI plans, working with the HR team to ensure policies support greater inclusion, and partnering with the Learning & Development Team to shape the EDI plan and create content. Additionally, they will utilize data analysis to inform DEIB strategies and measure impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement localized EDI plans for international regions including Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure policies align with DEIB goals.
- Partner with the Learning & Development Team to shape the EDI plan and create relevant content.
- Analyze data to identify gaps/trends, inform DEIB strategies, and measure impact.
- A competitive basic salary of £60,000 (reviewed annually).
