Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled EDI Training Consultant to lead the development and delivery of impactful training programmes for clients in the children and young people sector.

This role involves designing and facilitating engaging training sessions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality EDI Training: Design and facilitate tailored EDI training programmes for clients, utilizing both in-person and virtual delivery methods.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop e-learning content and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring training meets their expectations.
  • Evaluate Training Impact: Assess the effectiveness of training programmes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to Business Growth: Support methodology development and contribute to business expansion strategies.
About You
  • Proven Experience: Possess significant experience in delivering EDI training and facilitation, with a strong understanding of anti-racism, intersectionality, and systems-thinking principles.
  • Excellent Skills: Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
Benefits and Requirements

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 FTE / £21,000 (0.6 FTE) and enjoy a range of benefits, including 28 days annual leave, 5% pension, flexible working, and a family-friendly culture. Additionally, they will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
