If so, we have an excellent opportunity to present to you. We have been appointed to exclusively recruit for a privately owned and expanding services provider. My client is looking to add to their friendly and talented team with the appointment of an HR Generalist on a permanent basis. Based out of their Leeds head office, you will ideally already have CIPD L3 OR CIPD L5, have practical HR experience and be seeking to develop further. You will have outstanding communication and organisational skills.

You will have a hands-on, operational role that will support with HR administration in all areas of discipline/grievance, absence - OH providers, maintaining systems/databases and liaising with the payroll provider. You will be expected to foster good relationships with stakeholders, and act with integrity and professionalism. You will also support on a variety of projects across wellbeing, on-boarding, business improvement, employee relations and engagement.
