As a family run company, they have a strong personal stake in every project they undertake. They now wish to recruit highly driven **Customer Service Administrator** to join their busy team.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Be the first point of contact for all private heating enquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and issuing of quotations for heating installation to potential new customers.
- Follow up on any quotations issued to assist in building new business.
- Assist potential new customers with any available grant funding.
- Assist with the allocation of work to the operatives.
- Deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

**Essential Criteria**:

- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C and above including Maths & English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in similar role.
- Experience using MS Word and MS Excel Desirable Criteria.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
