MYM Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for Homeseal who currently provide a range of insulation works, including cavity wall and loft measures across all of Northern Ireland and are recognised as a leading insulation installer in the industry. Due to an increase in workload, the company require an **Administrator** to provide a high level of administration support to the Office Manager and team of surveyors and installers.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Provide a high quality administration service through data entry, word processing and general office duties
- Provide general administration support to both the Office Manager and General Manager as necessary
- Deal with incoming telephone enquiries and referrals from a variety of domestic and commercial customers
- Be responsible for photocopying, filing and archiving documents
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post
- Generate relevant reports and invoices as necessary
- Organise paperwork and survey packs for surveyors and installers
- Assist with the scheduling of work for surveyors and installers
- Assist with the management of and interaction within social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter as required
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained through effective communication
- Adhere to and uphold The Workspace Group’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and values at all times including Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection, Lone Working, and Confidentiality etc.
- Undertake regular, formal reviews with the line manager, reflecting on targets, performance and practice
- Any other related/reasonable duties as required by management and/or the business objectives

**Essential criteria**:

- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above to include English Language and Mathematics
- Experience in a fast-paced administration role or customer facing role with duties including:

- Maintaining manual office documents and filing systems
- Working with IT Management Information Systems or online portals
- Carrying out general reception duties e.g. diary management, answering phones, dealing with customer queries
- A demonstrable track record of consistently having met and exceeded targets over a reasonable period of time
- Maintaining MS Access databases
- Knowledge of construction / building industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - oral and written, an excellent telephone manner is particularly important
- Organised, systematic and flexible with good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in line with business needs
- Capacity to work well under pressure in a busy office environment with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Self-motivated with ability to use own initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours (including occasional evening work)

**Salary**: £18,500.00 per year
