MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our Draperstown client who is one of the longest established private trading groups in Northern Ireland and has developed a strong reputation as one of the leading land, property, construction and manufacturing specialists. Due to continued growth they are seeking to recruit a **Contracts Administrator** to join their Minor Works Department.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- To undertake customer service actions including courtesy calls on receipt of client instructions/authorisations.
- To log all new instructions onto employer database (NAV) and allocate to relevant surveyor(s).
- To log all authorisations onto employer database, to prepare authorisations and pass schedules of works to site personnel in conjunction with relevant surveyor(s).
- To follow up and log all signed mandates.
- To follow up and log all payments.
- To retrieve supplier dockets from site personnel.
- To send monthly debtor lists to clients.
- To seek authorisation for roof inspections, trace & access etc.
- To organise emergency works.
- To deal with customer queries and issues.
- To send regular updates to clients.
- To update claims and fees payments.
- To log all job progress updates on client portals and maintain company database system.
- To undertake general filing and administrative duties.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training.
- To respond to requests from information as required.
- To undertake other tasks as and when required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Good educational attainment including min GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English.
- At least 1 years employment in office environment.
- Excellent IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative / adaptability under pressure.
- Ability to work proficiently both independently and as part of a hardworking team.
- Positive “can do” attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
