Due to a current surge in demand our client wishes to recruit highly driven, hands on **Customer Sales Assistant** to join their team for an immediate start in Draperstown.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Provide excellent customer service and advice on products.
- Liaise with and support the merchant team to generate sales.
- Liaise with current and potential customers, identifying needs and opportunities.
- Ensure sales are processed promptly and accurately.
- Ensure customer enquiries are processed efficiently.
- Identify and promote sales opportunities using a variety of mediums.
- Assist with trade counter sales and enquiries.
- Maintain effective communications with customers, suppliers, colleagues.
- Issue goods to customers.
- Record goods issued.
- Update information as required.
- Maintain good knowledge of products and services available.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Good educational attainment.
- Good written skills.
- Knowledge of building products desirable.
- Be customer focused and experienced in dealing with members of the public

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,270.42 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
