**About the Role
- **Stage Hand/Usher**

The role will rotate between the working as a Stagehand and Front of House usher. The responsibilities will include:
**Stagehand**
- Setting the stage ready for performances
- Auditing and setting props.
- General housekeeping such as mopping and sweeping the stage.
- Assisting performers backstage with tasks such as quick changes
- Acting as an assistant to the Stage Manager during a performance
- Performing any scene changes mid show.

**Front of house Usher**
- Meeting and greeting guests with a smile.
- Checking guest tickets
- Maintaining capacity
- Communication between front of house and backstage
- Ensuring order in the auditorium during a performance
- Customer service
- General house keeping

**Essential Skills**
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive nature and use of initiative
- Willingness to work unsociable hours
