We have an opportunity for the right individual to come and join the team at our **Alton **workshop as a **Front of House Customer Service Advisor** - it is _REALLY IMPORTANT_ for us to employ the best possible people.

First and foremost we’re looking to hire a person with a great attitude, who will get behind our mission and work with the team on our quest to revolutionise a historically dull, boring and stuck-in-its ways industry.

**POSITION TITLE**

Customer Service Advisor

**REPORTING TO**

Location General Manager

**HOURS**

Monday-Friday 8am - 5.30pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. Saturdays are 8am -12.00pm (as per pre planned rota)

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

To efficiently and effectively manage a busy front of house area while delivering an exceptional experience to each and every person you connect with.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **TO OUR CUSTOMERS**_
- **Manage customer bookings online, over the telephone & face to face** - this can be **A LOT** to juggle at times so if you are easily flustered, best move on now.
- Seeing customers in and seeing customers out - for most, you’ll be the very **FIRST** person they’ll see, and the very **LAST**.
- **Fulfilling customer requirements and requests with zero fuss** - ever had the feeling when you deal with a business that you’re interrupting their day?
- **Talking with our customers during their visit with us** - timely communication is one of our top 3 keys to a great customer experience.
- **Making refreshments for customers** - you don’t need to be a trained barista but you do need to be able to make a superb cup of tea.
- **Picking up and dropping off customer vehicles** - this is a big USP of ours.
- **INTERNAL ADMINISTRATION**_
- **Making bookings & managing the workshop diary in conjunction with the Location General Manager.**:

- **Organising the daily collections and deliveries** - you’ll be a logistics ninja after a few weeks.
- **Creating customer invoices and paperwork packs - **this requires attention to detail in order to bring the value of the work done to life.
- **Costing and advising on any additional work that may be required to customer vehicles** - this is where the experience at so many garages often goes wrong.
- **Parts ordering & administration** - precision at every level.
- **Taking payments in person and over the phone** - I guess you could say this one is quite important.
- **TO OUR FACILITIES**_
- Keeping our front of house spotlessly organised and clean.
- Flagging up anything that needs attention on our clever internal system.
