**About the role**:
We are looking for three passionate Community Leads to take be responsible for day-to-day leadership and management on our residential communities. You will be able to lead by example and provide strong clinical leadership and knowledge to all of your team of carers and team leaders.

The role of Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you’ll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.

**Salary**:£13.37 per hour**

**Hours: Full Time**

**About you**:
You’ll need to be an experienced care team member, ideally with a minimum of two years shift leadership experience. Personally you'll be respectful, inclusive, trustworthy and flexible in your work, but also with your team. Most of all, you’ll share our passion to provide the best care to our residence and share our vision and values.
