**All about the role**:
The primary function of this role is to deliver best-in-class service across all our work channels. A key focus is to work proactively to achieve operational excellence with the aim to create and maintain an outstanding experience for our customers.

The jobholder will lead projects and initiatives that drive the development of our processes and tools and extend our E-Business portfolio. You will need to seek every opportunity to automate manual processes and maximise each development to support the self-service objectives and effortless experience for our customers.

You will also be responsible for the material maintenance within SAP, ensuring the end-to-end material processes are managed correctly and efficiently.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead all projects and initiatives to maintain the constant development of our E-Business tools, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Maintenance of the B2B portal and retailer user setup
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and action EDI order errors
- Production of E-Business statistics and analytics, understanding changes in order patterns
- Provide overview and portal training and produce supporting material for internal and external customers
- Management of material status and distribution setup, bringing forward recommendations to improve the processes
- Production of process documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working within customer service environment, ideally with a focus on B2B eCommerce
- Prepared to challenge current processes and integrate own ideas
- Ability to engage colleagues and managers to build strong networks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passionate, energetic, and a true team player
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office and ideally also SAP knowledge

**Where you'll be**:
This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available.

Occasional business trip will be required.
