As a Buying Administration Assistant you will support both the Buying Assistants and Buying Directors to stay ahead of the game, providing comprehensive and professional administrative support. And to keep on top of that wave, our buying teams have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more.

In our Buying Department we have to keep ahead of our customers: second-guessing what they want and need before they do.

As a Buying Administrator you will support both the Buying Assistants and Buying Directors to stay ahead of the game, providing comprehensive and professional administrative support.

**Your New Role**:

- Support the Seasonal Coordination Assistant as Corporate Buying's central point of communication for all Seasonal activities for the department and for the Regions
- Manage the Seasonal Mailbox for all Seasonal communication
- Responsible for dissemination of key Seasonal data and tasks to the wider business
- Support the Seasonal Coordination Assistant in the Coordination and control of Corporate Buying Seasonal timelines for both GB & IE, ensuring all departments are aligned as required
- Prepare Seasonal planning meetings including agendas, content, requests for information, booking rooms, coordinating sampling and preparing packs
- Coordinate the Trading Director Conference Calls including points to raise, agendas and minutes
- To support the Seasonal Coordination Assistant in the management of the Seasonal Tracker and other Seasonal reports
- National stock reallocation
- Adhoc reporting
- Coordination and creation of Price-Card Printing
- Responsible for raising system issues with NIT to the Seasonal Coordination Manager

**About You**:

- Ability to manage large volumes of administrative information at once, be extremely organised and work efficiently to achieve deadlines and timeline dates
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with large numbers of colleagues and become a central contact for information
- To be extremely accurate in the quality of work
- To be proficient in reporting complex numerical data and using relevant systems (excel, computer software, reporting software & tools)
- Ability to be able to train/guide others successfully
- To be able to work effectively under pressure and be able to react to last minute requests when required.

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
