**Purpose and objectives of the role**

People are at the heart of our business and this is an exciting time to be part of the Gregor success story. We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Co-ordinator to join an established Plumbing and Heating contractor in Bristol, with a trading history of over 35 years.

The New Build Plumbing Division at Gregor Heating has built a strong presence across several regions. Due to the business’s success, we are experiencing some fantastic opportunities to further expand our growth.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
Reporting to the New Build Commercial Director, as part of your main duties and responsibilities you will be expected to take full ownership of the tasks outlined below and any other reasonable requests as required by your line manager:

- Maintaining a retention tracker.
- Calculating work in progress
- Logging and quoting variations to contractual work.
- Compiling of contra charges
- Collating and recording of customer sales upgrades and variations to contractual work
- Assisting in the setting up of new developments.
- Maintaining and updating specification amendments on live sites.
- Analysing and collating aged debt.
- General commercial and administrational duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get on with whatever needs to be done, and wants to add value and make a difference.

**Person specification**
- Attention to detail to identify and accomplish important monthly submissions and reports.
- Ability to multi-task within a busy department and working to strict deadlines.
- Well organised, with an ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Capable of communicating professionally with clients and employees.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups etc
- Have a "can-do" attitude
