**Permanent, Part Time 26 hours per week.**

An opportunity has arisen for an ASYE Practice Lead within the Adult Care Workforce Development Team. The Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) is a 12-month, employer led and employment-based programme of support and assessment for newly qualified social workers (NQSWs).

You will have responsibility for overseeing the identification, development, and commissioning of appropriate learning & development opportunities for NQSWs alongside those of the Adult Care workforce in general.

You will take the lead in the coordination and development of the ASYE programme for NQSWs. Offering tailored support and information for both NQSWs and ASYE assessors/supervisors whilst ensuring a robust cycle of quality assurance and continuous improvement.

You will work also play a key role in supporting the Principal Social Worker in the quality assurance of practice across all Adult Care teams and will be instrumental in supporting practice improvements.
