The role holder will also support with organising and mobilising nationally, regionally and globally for key moments.

- Identify needs of groups, and provide support, training and resources to enable them to run or participate in effective local or national campaigns
- Create and manage volunteer organising structures on-and offline (e.g. working groups) to help design and run campaigns, and to support the growth of the movement
- Inspire, train and support our networks to participate in coordinated mobilisations or days of action
- Contribute to the wider work of the UK team, including through campaign planning; digital campaigns and communications; coalition work
- Contribute to European wide initiatives (e.g. training programmes; mobilisations)

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong experience of working with volunteer groups to deliver campaigns at a local level on environmental, social or economic justice
- Experience designing and delivering training and support to grassroots activists and organisers
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes. Proven ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Able to travel frequently within the UK and occasionally internationally

**Desired **_(but not required)_** Qualifications**
- Experience campaigning on energy and climate justice (at a local, regional or national level)

- Experience of organising campaigns with diverse groups of people including in multi-racial and/or multi-class settings.
- Some experience of working with teams in other countries on cross-country or global campaigns
