**About the role**

The Community Organising Team plays a leading role in building a more powerful, diverse and inclusive human rights movement in the UK. The Community Organiser - Youth will use their expert knowledge in working with young people and in community organising and activism to form and maintain positive relationships with Amnesty International UK’s youth activists, enabling them to be centrally involved in Amnesty’s work. This role will explore and support new forms of activism, support youth groups and the Children’s Human Rights Network to maximise the impact of Amnesty campaigns, reach new audiences and to be champions of Amnesty International and its work in their communities.

- You’re skilled in communicating, building and maintaining relationships, working with young activists and in proactively coming up with solutions to problems
- You are highly organised and have excellent attention to detail

- You will have expertise in community organising and working with systems and processes, including data management
