- In this role, you will offer your expertise in Organisation Effectiveness while managing critical BT Group change initiatives. You'll assist business units in implementing these frameworks and standards in the most effective way for their specific needs. Additionally, you'll lead key deliverables within the Organisation Effectiveness portfolio, contributing to our ongoing business transformation.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Lead the end-to-end project management of key OE Programs, including shaping the approach, serving as the primary HR contact for business stakeholders and our external partner, leading status updates to directors, and establishing linkages with other programs. Example deliverables include simplifying job evaluation frameworks, supporting union negotiations, defining internal mobility frameworks, evaluating and assuring senior roles at BT, conducting size and shape analysis, and evolving strategic skills and job architecture.
- Lead the evolution of BT's job and skills architecture, collaborating with senior business stakeholders and HR specialist teams to define key job roles and necessary skills across BT Group. Additionally, provide OD expertise as input for the architecture refresh.
- Influence, manage, and challenge senior stakeholders across the business and HR to address problems holistically throughout BT. This involves linking organisation design, job design, careers, skills, talent, and reward to deliver comprehensive solutions for colleagues.
- Conduct data analysis on the current roles and skills baseline and design future roles at all career levels, ensuring alignment with reward, career pathways, and business priorities.
- Develop toolkits and guidance documents to support business leaders, OD leads, and HR colleagues throughout the end-to-end processes.
- Provide ongoing organisation effectiveness insights and expertise across HR and the broader business while promoting knowledge-sharing within the BT organisation design and broader HR communities.
- Incorporate external best practice insights into your work regarding organisation effectiveness methodologies to challenge and inform future design thinking and processes, such as agile operating models and future skills in flexible structures.

- Proficient in both project management and change management.
- Expertise in organisation effectiveness, organisation design, and job design.
- Skilled in professional consultancy, including management consulting and HR.
- Exceptional at managing stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated strong project management capabilities.
- Adept at creative problem-solving.
- Possessing a deep understanding of business acumen.
