A client of ours in the Stirling area is recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a 9-month temporary or FTC position working a 37.5 hour week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (30-minute lunch) and paying £11.50 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
**Working within the engineering team your key administration duties include but are not limited to**:
- Managing large volumes of customer and financial data from CRM, checking and reconciling
- Aligning customer equipment purchases into the invoicing schedule by calculating and raising credit notes/ invoices for overcharges and shortfalls
- Investigating sales quotes, engineering work orders and finance agreements
- Uploading files to our CRM system from SOP/Sales Launcher system
- Sending invoices and credit notes
- General administration duties
**Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position**:
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics/365, Sales Launcher and Excel
- Ability to manage high volume workload but remain focused
- IT literate to an excellent standard
- Computer literate
