**Key Tasks**
- Support to Claims and Legal Team
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- General office administration
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Updating internal data systems and CRM, Word, Excel

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact across all levels.
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills (including telephone and written correspondence) Experience of working within a busy office environment would be preferable.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
- Database experience
- Strong general administration experience.

Experience in working within a pressured environment.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
