Your role will be to assist with setting the strategy for employee relations across each of their business units and support the teams in handling workplace concerns and action plans and provide intervention as necessary.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Dealing with contractual amendments, sending mail merges for salary reviews and bonuses, and updating trackers etc.
- This includes running and managing the Learning Management system, creating/maintaining the training matrix, coordinating with Group L&D/Training team and being part of wider analytical projects.
- Follow and update, as required, Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring that they are fit for purpose, accurate and up to date.
- Manage the administration of the Probationary Period process, liaising with People Leaders and involving the HR Advisor where required.
- Liaise with support functions on behalf of the HR team, including Payroll, Finance and SHE.
- Respond to requests for data, providing accurate reporting data and analysis where required.
- Maintain spreadsheet records and trackers for HR activity.
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory training across the business.
- Effectively co-ordinate and administer the learning and development programmes for all staff in the business.
- Manage and monitor Training Matrix completion, including production of regular reports and communication with key stakeholders.
- Any other relevant duties/projects that may be assigned by the Head of HR.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following:

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent skills with regards to excel operations.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise accordingly.
- Agility with regards to new tasks.
- Ability to present information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
