Job Description:
Role Basis

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work full time, but we are also willing to consider those who wish to work part-time (minimum 30 hours). It is most important to us that the right person joins our team

Role Location

Belfast - we operate a hybrid model with some office-based time and working from home (ratio flexible).

HQ is based in Belfast, and we also have an office in Clontarf, Dublin.

What will I be doing day to day?

In a nutshell - you will work closely with the Head of HR to build and support in the delivery of a ‘best in class’ HR service as part of the Wellington IT team.

In a bit more detail you will carry out the below activities, broken down into the following categories;

Recruitment and Selection
- Engagement with recruitment agencies to support sourcing and coordination of recruitment processes
- Act as Monitoring Officer (for NI based employees) including preparation of annual monitoring return for Equality Commission NI

Onboarding
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new joiners including pre-hire checks, induction material preparation and scheduling

Talent Management
- Assist in the management and coordination of the company-wide Talent Management process

Learning & Development
- Assist in the coordination and administration of training and development activities for all staff

Policies and Procedures
- Create and update HR policies and procedures, aligned to NI/ROI legislation and best practice

Employee Engagement
- Assist in developing, implementing and coordination of employee engagement initiatives

Reward & Benefits
- Assist with the administration of company-wide benefits and recognition programs

Records
- Ensure accurate electronic and hard copy personnel records are consistently maintained in line with compliance and legislative requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate HR records management and processing of people information within Workday

Reporting
- Preparation and analysis of HR reports

Employee Relations
- Support employees and managers with ER issues, including but not limited to providing advice on attendance, performance management, investigation/disciplinary and grievance situations

HR Administration
- Fulfil note taking/minute taking duties as applicable e.g. in employee relations situations
- Be responsible for timely processing and filing of HR and personal data
- Travel to offices in other locations (national/international) to provide HR support as necessary or attend events (
