Our client a growing UK retailer with established & emerging womenswear & menswear brands based in central Manchester are looking for an TikTok Executive to join there successfully growing company. This is an office-based role & the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-530pm.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Have a basic understanding of TikTok and fashion E-commerce.
- TikTok fashion live stream, influencers cooperation, and fashion TikTok video creation
- Researching the newest fashion trends and understanding our target groups’ unmet needs.
- Have fashion-related resources (fashion buyers, stylists, and fashion photographers, especially fashion influencers).
- Build a strong voice for the website.
- Responsible for managing the brands TIKTOK platforms.
- Creating various content & driving brand awareness, whilst maximising sales.
- Marketing new products/updates/promotions to customers.
- Liaising with customers regarding any issues.
- Analyse and report on web metrics, customer engagement and conversion and develop strategies to improve future performance
- Work with the Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure products go live on the site in time for new launches
- Monitoring all sales channels to ensure that they are operating effectively.
- Making changes to the product pricing, descriptions and imagery to increase sales

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have fashion-related study background or working experience, e.g., Fashion Buyer, Fashion Management, and Fashion Marketing.
- MUST have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A passion for online retailing, and an enthusiastic, creative drive to succeed.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong IT Skills
