TikTok Marketing Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled TikTok Manager to lead our e-commerce brand's social media strategy. As the first hire in this area, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive plan to build a strong online presence on TikTok.
Your initial focus will be on leveraging TikTok's unique features to increase brand awareness and engagement. As your TikTok presence expands, you'll eventually be tasked with leading a team of three, including two Presenters, to reach a wider audience across various industries.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving brand growth and building customer relationships. You should be skilled at creating creative content, hosting live streams, and using TikTok analytics to measure and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Align TikTok strategy with the brand's values and mission.
- Develop a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with the TikTok audience.
- Identify and analyze the target TikTok demographic to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
- Recruit and train a skilled team of content creators and live stream hosts to produce high-quality content.
- Manage and optimize live-selling events for seamless operations and maximum ROI.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates to expand our reach and credibility.
- Develop engaging and shareable content aligned with TikTok trends and best practices.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok algorithm changes and emerging trends to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Leverage cross-functional expertise to optimize TikTok campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Establish measurable goals and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of our TikTok strategy.
- Proven track record of success in TikTok strategy, live-selling, team management, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong recruitment and team management skills to foster a creative and high-performing work environment.
- Proven ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with the TikTok audience.
- Expertise in live-streaming infrastructure and e-commerce operations to ensure seamless execution.
