SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a professional and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy centralised HR department.

You will work in a fast paced, ambitious team, supporting 3 HR Officers and a HR Administrator.
You will be a strong communicator, be self-motivated and require the need for discretion when handling confidential information.

This role is ideal if you have a real passion to develop your HR experience and have a flare for recruitment.

Ideally you will possess a CIPD Level 3 qualification, with at least 2 years' experience working within an HR department with experience of working in the education sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the HR officers
- Recruitment / On boarding
- Support with HR Compliance tasks.
- Organising and book training & events.
- Support Managers with HR enquiries and escalate to the HR Officer as appropriate.
- Provide monthly HR statistics
- Support the HR Manager/HR Officer in employee relations cases
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Please note due to the setting of this role you will need to pass an enhanced DBS check to be successfully offered.
Pay £13.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience, minimum 12 week contract.
