A modern, progressive and commercially-oriented City law firm with a dynamic and enterprising approach is hiring a (Senior) Business Development Executive who will be based in their London office.

This challenging role would be suitable for an experienced business development professional who is looking for a full mix role in a mid-sized law firm where they can make a strategic impact and help shape the growth of one of the firm's most dynamic groups.The role offers a balance of project ownership and autonomy with the opportunity to get involved in team initiatives through their support of the Senior Business Development Manager with the implementation of the group's strategic plan. The role will be extremelyvaried working with teams across the breadth of the firm and being involved in all of the operational workstreams that drive the strategy forward. The (Senior) Business Development Executive will be heavily involved in proposition building and positioning,supporting the delivery of bids, proposals, client presentations and capability statements and creating a bank of pitch resources through compiling existing pitch content, identifying gaps and drafting compelling content. You will also lead the productionof high quality submissions for selected directory and award categories and develop brand, marketing and sales material for new Regulatory products and services. The successful applicant will implement CRM best practice, support the development of a Key ReferrerProgramme and work with the Client Relationship Management team to maintain and develop InterAction lists for target markets and key campaigns. In addition, the role holder will produce regular competitor and client analysis and insight to inform BD development.You will support the Senior Business Development Manager in the implementation of key campaigns, lead and project manage the successful rollout of selected campaigns and take ownership of the ongoing regular production of key publications.
