**Job Description**:
Working as part of an HR team this is a 12-month fixed term role commencing around January 2023, responsible for delivering efficient and effective administrative processes in support of the HR function.

This is a part time role, with flexibility to work either 3 or 4 days per week (work pattern is flexible and can be discussed at interview stage. The role is predominantly site based, with occasional home working.

**Key Tasks**
- Support the HR team with the processes associated with staff recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, communications, wellbeing and learning and development activities.
- Use Cascade, the HR system to maintain detailed staff records, record employee changes and produce reports.
- Maintain and update accurately all employee files in the secure HR drive to ensure easy and timely accessibility of important employee information in line with GDPR.
- Initial point of contact for incoming calls to the HR department
- Supporting the wider HR team, with any ad-hoc activities as required.
- Involvement and support of various HR projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in a busy administrative role is essential.
- Proven ability to produce standard letters and documentation, including employment contracts, to a high standard.
- Experience of working with an HR database and producing reports is desirable.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office, with WORD and EXCEL to intermediate level.
- Team player with ability to communicate confidently with all levels of the organisation internally and with external contacts.
- Ability to operate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise their own workload appropriately.

Absolute discretion when handling confidential and sensitive data and information.
