**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

In this position, you will support our Vendor in UK, by supporting sales and administration tasks for our partners and maintaining strong relationships with them. Working together with the great team, you will focus on products/solutions provided by one of the global IT companies (**Trellix**).

**This is an office-based position (Newmarket)** with a possibility to work in a hybrid way.

**Vendor Specialist **will function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.

The position will be working with the Field Sales Representatives, supplier partners and other internal Arrow resources based in UK.

You will be supporting the UK Vendor team and the Vendor in UK in driving Customer satisfaction.

You will need to understand customer requirements and ensure by utilising the wider team these are met.

You will be driving high close rate on specific subset of the quotation.

You will communicate with our product managers and customers.

You will learn constantly by attending various IT trainings.

Through primarily telephone interaction, this sales professional will support an account portfolio of valued customers to locate and secure the right products or services for their specific needs.

Vendor Specialist will provide customer service and product knowledge expertise to an assigned customer base.

You will contribute to maximizing margins, gaining market share, and driving value added solution selling.

Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and trouble shooting other customer problems.

**WHO YOU ARE?**

**You have some previous experience in an administration focused role, including customer care or sales process in different industries. **IT background is desired, but not mandatory.

You have strong English language skills.

You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone in English.

You pay attention to the details.

You like learning new things and you learn quickly.
