**Elyse Beauty & Laser Clinic in Lewisham (SE13)**, is widely renowned as a local hub for a diverse range of beauty, laser, and aesthetic treatments. Our commitment to delivering a 5-star experience to each and every client lies at the heart of our business.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Part-time Receptionist/Administrator **to join our closely-knit team of 15 professionals. This role will primarily revolve around the day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of the treatments and nurturing a positive atmosphere for both our team and clients.
This role is offered on a **part-time basis (20-28 hours per week including weekends)**, with some degree of flexibility around these hours and additional opportunities for holiday or sickness cover.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Extend a warm and inviting welcome to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction right from the moment they step in.
- Manage appointments, inquiries, and provide accurate information on our range of services.
- Coordinate booking system to optimise the clinic's schedule, enhancing the experience for both clients and staff.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and premises remain in excellent condition throughout the day.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff, relaying vital and timely information to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain client records and confidential information with the utmost discretion and accuracy.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and operational challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry, is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Any beauty qualifications or prior industry experience will be a definite advantage.
- A warm and approachable manner that fosters positive interactions among colleagues and clients.
- A can-do attitude with ability to think outside of the box and motivation to learn and develop further
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable with a commitment to excellence.
- Availability to work weekends (minimum of 2 per month) and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with Phorest and Treatwell booking systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Working knowledge of all Social Media channels (Instagram, FB, Google Business).
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, with additional languages considered a bonus.
