Our company offers quality support to adults with disabilities. We offer support to individuals / small groups to access community activities. We also support individuals to participate in in house activities often learning new skills. We are a small friendly run company.
**PROPOSED INTERVIEW DATES WEEK COMMENCING 22ND AUGUST 2.30PM ONWARDS**
**Job description**
To provide support as and when needed. Holiday and sickness cover. Cover sometimes needed at short notice. Flexibility required.
Providing all aspects of support to individuals in respect of their dignity and privacy.
Participate in and contribute to the delivery of high-quality support to individuals. Endearing to a person centered approach, promoting independence and choice at all times.
Delivering and assisting with a wide range of in-house activities and community-based activities which are of an interest to the individuals.
To support with all aspects of personnel care.
Assist with meals in accordance to the needs of the individual.
To administer medication if and when necessary, following all relevant training.
Make written observations and update individuals files.
To transport individuals in your own car. Mileage paid.
Ensure that our properties are always clean, and tidy after each session and at the end of the day.
To work as part of a team and in partnership with others.
Taking personal responsibility for your own Health and Safety and Welfare of colleagues.
To abide by the principles of GDPR, confidentiality and safeguarding.
To abide by and implement all policies and procedures.
To undertake any training that is deemed necessary by management/Director.
To undertake all reasonable tasks, in keeping with the level of responsibility of the post, as requested by the Director.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6- 24 per week
**Salary**: Up to £10.50 per hour
