**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 2 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.

This service is a detached bungalow with a large lounge, kitchen, dining room and communal area for the people we support. They all enjoy doing different activities and will try anything once. They enjoy watching TV, colouring in, jigsaws and horse riding.

They also like to be out and about in the community, for example - going to walks or to the local café for a coffee, but they do enjoy quiet time at home too.

Typical shift patterns at this service - 9-4/4-10/sleep & 9-3/3-10/sleep & 10-2. There is usually 1 to 2 people on shift at once.

The people we support here like tobe supported by people who have a good sense of humour and who can motivate them if they are feeling a little down. They like people who listen and can offer advice if needed.
