- You will be leading a team of 50 people who are responsible for getting materials in from the offsite warehouse, picking materials and sending the to the assembly line and dispatching the finished products.
- The key responsibilities of the role are as follows;- Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
- Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
- Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
- Coaches and mentors team members
You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within a production, logistics and warehouse environment.
- You will be working on a shift rotation that will be as follows;
- Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00
- Early Shift: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00
- Late Shift: Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00
